On December 23, 2023, an online seminar on how to win international commercial arbitration was successfully held. The seminar, as co-hosted by Grandall Law Firm, Arbitration Chambers, Rede Chambers, HKA, and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, witnessed eight international experts and scholars in the field of arbitration giving advice on how to deal with international commercial arbitration for Chinese enterprises and Chinese lawyers from different perspectives with the aim of realizing win-win situation for all parties.
