On 4 December 2025, the Hainan Free Trade Port International Commercial Mediation Training Program was held at Grandall Law Firm (Hainan). The program was hosted by the Commercial Legal Service Center of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT Commercial Legal Service Center), and organized by the Hainan Mediation Association and Grandall Hainan Office. CAI Chenfeng (Director-General, the CCPIT Commercial Legal Service Center), SHUI Jun (Level I Bureau Rank Official, Department of Justice of Hainan Province) and JIANG Dan (President, Hainan Mediation Association, Grandall Executive Partner, and Managing Partner, Grandall Hainan) attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches to kick off the program, while F. Peter Phillips (Distinguished Adjunct Professor of Law, Director, Alternative Dispute Resolution Skills Program) and Prof. Dr. Heinz Goddar (Partner, Boehmert & Boehmert) and WANG Fang (Secretary-General, CCPIT Commercial Legal Service Center) rendered wonderful keynote speeches thereafter.
