From December 2 to 3, 2025, the 9th International Mediation Summit and the Hainan Free Trade Port International Commercial Mediation Dialogue, hosted by the Commercial Legal Services Center of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, were successfully held in Hainan. As themed "New Trends in the Development of Global Commercial Mediation and Non-Litigation Dispute Resolution Mechanisms", the forum attracted nearly 400 participants, including mediators, arbitrators, legal experts, and lawyers from China and abroad.
