From November 24 to 25, 2025, the HKIAC Shanghai Representative Office held its 10th Anniversary Celebration in Lujiazui, Shanghai. Mr. LAM Ting-Kwok (SC, Secretary for Justice of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region) delivered a video speech. Mr. GU Quan (Secretary, the Party Committee and Director of the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Justice) and Mr. Rimsky Yuen (SC, Co-Chair of HKIAC) attended the event in person and delivered welcome addresses.
