On 13 May 2022, Matrix’s application for the initial public offering and listing on the ChiNext market was passed and approved by the Listing Committee of the ChiNext Market of Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Grandall Shenzhen Office has been retained as the legal counsel for this IPO project with MA Zhuotan and XING Huanghua as key lawyers serving the project.
