On 27 September 2022, Hui Lyu Ecological Technology Groups Co., Ltd. (001267.SZ, “Hui Lyu”) successfully completed the non-public offering, and Grandall Wuhan Office provided legal services in this project. 

The company raised approximately RMB 338 million for EPC of Phoenix City project and five roads project, headquarters office building project and bank loan repayment. This fund-raising investment project is conducive to expand the company’s market share, and enhance its sustainable profitability and core competitiveness.

Hui Lyu was relisted on the mainboard of Shenzhen Stock Exchange in November 2011, and its principal business is landscape engineering construction, landscape design and seedling planting, etc.

Grandall Wuhan Office has been retained as the legal advisor for this non-public offering with NIE Wenjun and CAO Jiajia as key lawyers serving the case.
