On 13 December 2025, the 6th Grandall Rule of Law Forum, themed "New-Quality Productive Forces: Legal Services and Rule of Law Guarantee", was successfully held in Haikou, Hainan. As co-hosted by Grandall Law Firm and China (Hainan) Institute for Reform and Development ("CIRD"), and organized by Grandall Development Research Institute, the forum gathered over 260 renowned domestic jurists, economists, senior lawyers, media representatives, and experts from various fields. They engaged in high-level, forward-looking exchanges and in-depth dialogues on the rule of law guarantee for new-quality productive forces and relevant legal mechanisms, injecting robust legal momentum into the new journey of the "15th Five-Year Plan."

LV Hongbing (Chief Executive Partner of Grandall) and ChI Fulin (President of CIRD) delivered opening remarks and brilliant speeches respectively. HUANG Qunhui (Member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and Researcher at the Institute of Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS)), LI Cheng (Founding Director, Center on Contemporary China and World, University of Hong Kong) and ZHENG Ge (Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at KoGuan Law School, Shanghai Jiao Tong University) attended and delivered keynote speeches.

The forum also announced the winners of highly anticipated "Grandall Yu Ning Outstanding Young Lawyers" "Grandall Rule of Law Forum Excellent Papers" and "Grandall Excellent Cases". Moreover, the signing ceremonies for Grandall Budapest Office (Hungary) and Milan Office (Italy) were held at the end of the forum.
